Conscious Connected Breathwork Session

In this session we work deeply with the breath and the body. 

We use both an activating breath to allow for our body to gather material and a softer surrendered breath where we allow release and integration.

Breathwork is a potent medicine, where we work in an expanded state. 

We work on the somatic, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual plains. I believe that all of us can have a deeper awareness of ourselves, our journeys and our bodies and this is the work I offer in a group setting. 

We will be in the breathwork process for an hour.

I will also run an integration group the following week through all humans.co to help bring the journey home. 

We explore why altered states are essential to transpersonal therapy and why they have been pivotal to our species' development.
